1. FAQ: I downloaded my software, how do I register additional features?

What you need to do next depends on your current situation, but for most customers after selecting the registration feature from the tool bar you will need to navigate to the folder where the additional software features are, which for features purchased at the same time as the original software is "C:\Meridian Download", then select the corresponding data (i.e. tides.tdz). 

2. FAQ: How do I connect my GPS unit with my software?

3. FAQ: What does no "COM ports available" mean?

When the software first starts up it checks to see if any COM ports are available for interfacing to a GPS unit. Interfacing can be either via a 9 pin RS232 port or by using an USB to Serial converter.

5. FAQ: Why do my software's tide times differ from some local tide tables?

This is to do with the way they are calculated, though most of your softwares data is very accurate and there should never be a great variation.
